Dutch Springs Aqua Park Rules and Regulations

The Aqua Park may only be used under the supervision of lifeguards.

A responsible adult must accompany children under 13.

Life vests approved by U.S. coast guard or a wetsuit must be worn
at all times- NO EXCEPTIONS.

You may bring personal inflatables and rafts.
A life vest or wetsuit must still be worn at all times.

Life vests are provided for the Aqua Park area at no extra charge.

Stay within designated area.

There is an age and height limit.

Use bathroom prior to going in lake.

Children in diapers must wear a swim diaper.
Swim diapers can be purchased at the Blue Koi gift shop.

No running on docks.

No throwing rocks.

No playing or swimming under docks, rafts, or play structures.

No diving off of docks or inflatable features.

No going head first down inflatable features.

No glass containers in or near the lake or on docks.

No weights or scuba diving gear permitted in the Aqua Park.

No open fires on the ground.

Please observe the park speed limit of 5 MPH.

Picnic tables are available on a first come basis.

Everyone entering Dutch Springs must fill out a waiver.
