What thickness wetsuit do you recommend?
We recommend a minimum of a 7mm wetsuit with a hood and gloves. The surface temperature in the summer is in the mid to upper 70’s (°F), however there are thermoclines throughout the lake. There is about a 10ºF drop every 30 feet. The bottom stays in the mid to upper 40’s year round.

Can I bring my pet with me to Dutch Springs?
Dutch Springs does not allow dogs or other pets inside the gate of our property. Working animals, with proof of identity, are always welcome. If you choose to bring your pet, it must stay in our outer parking lot-outside of our gate at all times.

Do you rent SCUBA equipment?
Dutch Springs rents 80 cubic foot regular air and 32% nitrox tanks, weights, weight belts and dive locators for people with solo diving certifications. All other equipment should be rented at your local dive shop. Can I Scuba dive without a buddy?
To dive at Dutch Springs you must have a buddy or a current solo diving certification card. If you have a current solo diving certification card, you would need to show your card, fill out additional paperwork and rent a dive locator. Click here for dive locator rental information.

Do you allow camping on any nights other than Friday and Saturday?
Camping on nights other than Fridays or Saturdays is available only with pre-arrangements made with us by scuba instructors. The instructor must remain on the property for the night and take responsibility for the people camping with them.

Can I bring my RV camping at Dutch Springs?
RV’s are allowed at Dutch Springs. RV parking is located in our upper parking lots. Dutch Springs does not have any hookups like water, electric or sewer at this time. Do you allow SCUBA diving during rain and thunderstorms?
Diving is allowed during rain. If conditions are favorable for thunderstorms, our staff will monitor the radar, watch weather conditions and notify divers if they should not be entering the water.

Can I learn to SCUBA dive through Dutch Springs?
No, Dutch Springs does not hold any certification classes. You should look in your phone book for dive shops in your area.

How can I pay for my tickets?
Dutch Springs accepts all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. We do not accept gift cards and recommend that you do not use bank debit cards. Debit card users must enter the correct billing address. NOTE: Multiple submissions could result in multiple charges; if your payment does not go through, please contact Dutch Springs Customer Service at 610-759-2270.

I can’t print my tickets. What should I do?
Printed tickets saves time at the admission window. If you can’t print your tickets, bring your confirmation number and the name of the person who purchased the tickets to the park and our staff will look up your order.
Tickets have a unique code. They can be printed more than once, but can only be used once to enter the park. You can print ticket in black and white or in color.

Do I need special software on my computer to view and print my tickets?
Tickets are emailed as a PDF. PDF documents require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view/print. You can download the latest version here.

What happens if I lose my tickets?
You can either reprint them or present your confirmation number to the Admissions Cashier on the day of your visit.

NOTE: If it’s possible that your tickets were used by someone else, contact the Admissions Department to verify that they are still valid. Remember, tickets contain a unique code and can only be used once; additional copies of the same ticket will be invalid.

What do I do if I left my tickets at home?
Present your confirmation number to the Admission Cashier on the day of your visit. If you do not know your confirmation number, we can look up your order by the purchaser’s full name.

I didn’t get an email confirmation. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk mail folder for an email from dutchsprings@dutchsprings.com. If you do not find the confirmation in your email, your order may not have been processed. To verify your order or request another email, contact our support staff.

I was almost finished with my order and my computer froze. What should I do?

I have a coupon to your park. Can I apply the discount toward the purchase of an online ticket?
Unfortunately, must coupons can only be redeemed at the park on the day of your visit. If your coupon can be redeemed on an online ticket it will have an additional online coupon code.

Does an online ticket get me into the park faster?
While having your tickets in hand does make it easier at the gate, online tickets do not have a separate shorter line. TIP: In general, admission lines are longest during the first operating hour of the day, so avoid this peak time if your can.

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to Dutch Springs for a store credit or for a refund free of charge
  • Please note that orders paid with store credit are only eligible to be refunded in the form of Store Credit (Gift Card)
  • Shipping and/or Handling from time of purchasefees will not be refunded
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale can not be returned
