DISC identifies the behaviors you can expect from an assessed individual (future and present employees). DISC stands for Dominance, Influencing, Steadiness and Compliance. The assessment categorizes the individual from 384 different DISC profiles. The information provided will assist in interviewing, hiring, a team building session, managing, leading and relocating individuals. There are two different versions to accommodate different types of people; we have a Sales assessment and a Management-Staff. With these assessments you will learn how to more effectively communicate, motivate, manage, decrease stress and conflict and do more with individuals. With all of the insights provided, the assessment is also an excellent tool to assist in coaching and self development. Assessment Tools (Paper and Pencil)
We have the most comprehensive and some of the most easily completed paper and pencil assessments in the industry. We use the more easily understood and applied two graph model. The Long Form includes information about the Wheel (the Wheel plots profiles of the whole company on one easy to read form) that is not included in the Short Form. Both the Long and Short Form include information on interpreting the scores of major profiles. Our paper and pencil DISC looks at 24 unique profiles while our computer on-line version looks at 384. Use the paper and pencil form to get a general understanding. Use the on-line DISC assessments to get much more specific information for hiring, communicating, motivating, self development, managing, teamwork development, performance improvement, caching, leading and more.

People answer a set of questions for each report. They can do this from anywhere in the world, 24/7. You can set up an account (through NorthStar Adventure) and have total control regarding who takes assessments and who receive reports, plus 17 FREE services. You can also purchase individual reports and take them on-line. The non-account holder reports require additional time to process and to receive.
