NorthStar Adventure is a full service team building company complete with our very own Low Challenge Course. Each program is custom tailored to fit each client's specific goals and outcomes. Our team building programs are designed to include everyone in a group and exclude no one. We use a variety of methods to help your team achieve their goals and outcomes. We offer programs for the very active company as well as completely indoor programs.
Our adult programs are available to teachers, governmental agencies, civic and community based programs, corporate and non-profit groups. We offer several complete programs, multi-phased partnerships and indoor programs. Below is a list of our programs, or choose to combine a few or even design your own program.

Beer! Wine! Now that I have your attention; this program pairs a beer or wine tour with team building (done separately). The program is two days in length and includes: a full day of team building and on the following day a limousine bus takes your group to a local winery or brewery for a tour, tasting (of course) and lunch. This package can also include hotel accommodations for that added relaxation to your retreat.
Break Through
In our every day lives communication is a skill that we all must master. There is a huge difference between communicating and communicating effectively. In this program, communication takes center stage, and participants are facilitated through the process of effective communication skills.
Acclimation
It happens constantly; a new employee, a new supervisor and even a new team. Growth in our area's business is an inevitable constant. However, how the current employees handle all the change in the Lehigh Valley is up to you. In this program we bring all members of a team/organization together on the same page; whether they are a seasoned 20-year veteran or a 23-year old recent college graduate. This session accentuates the positives in every member to break-up cliques, show everyone's strengths and demonstrate the power of teamwork.
Team 101
Team 101 is a great introductory program for
participants
who have potential to work with others, but they just haven't realized it yet. This program focuses all around all aspects of great teamwork. With this package we will alter the program according to the needs, age and physical abilities of each group.

Competition Leadership
Using the basis for effective problem-solving, trust and leadership, this program combines all of these and adds an element of competition. Your organization will be split into teams and by completing teamwork related obstacles teams advance onto the next challenge. Teams are competing with other teams in the organization. This program is limited to 20 people within an organization (10 people per team, four teams.)
Call-in
After a typical program it may be necessary to ask for help; we've got you covered! With Call-in it gives you as the organizer a direct line with a qualified NorthStar Adventure Facilitator Coach. These calls are limited to your issues, as many times per week as necessary. Companied with a Multi-Phase Partnership, these calls are free up to 1 month after the program.
Multi-Phase Partnerships
At NorthStar we offer Multi-Phase Partnerships that can last between 3-12-months that can cover issues within an organization, facilitate positive interactions amongst team members and accomplish the organization's vision for each employee.
NorthStar Adventure also can offer any group the option to order food through Dutch Spring's onsite concession stand at a discount to each member of the group. Please ask for a menu and special pricing sheet. The food can also be ready for your group right when you're ready to eat or even when you arrive!
Supervisor 911
Sometimes it can be very difficult to know where the issues lie within your office; no problem. We can come into your office and just observe your office to know where the areas that need additional skill building. We have high-tech ways of accomplishing this and low-tech.

Emoticons
Not only are emoticons those little (sometimes annoying) characters emulating facial expressions, but also an indicator into how someone may be feeling. When employees are having a bad day or are generally unhappy it not only affects other employees but can also be translated to your customers and clients. In this high energy, highly interactive workshop we create a fun atmosphere to raise the spirits and morale of your employees; everyone will leave this workshop with a smile on their face!
Playtime
Sometimes what most employees need most is to let loose (if only for an hour) get silly, see each other in a different light. In this hour we will do activities interactively to get out of their comfort zones and just have fun.
The Menace
No matter where we work or what we do there will always be that one or two people that people just can't seem to work with. In this workshop we create a similar situation (non-compliance, refusal to work together, difficult personality) and give your employees the tools to work effectively with people like this.
Project Impossible
Everyday problems, issues and conflict arise. Sometimes it may be 22 clogged up, or a deadline that seems to close to get it all done. In this workshop we cover strategic planning with interactive activities that require effective strategic planning.
Custom Program
In our custom program, feel free to make your focus yours or combine a few from our list of programs. Please keep in mind though, that due to the time constraints, more than 2 goals will be difficult for your employees to retain after we leave.
All of our programs include a section where our talented facilitators debrief the activities. Debriefing not only allows for your employees to talk about what had happened to one another, but it also allows our facilitators to transfer the actions of the activity back to the office. The activities we do include everyone regardless of physical abilities and are interactive and experiential in nature; no one will be sitting on the sidelines.
